Clean Side Australia – “Win a Holiday” Promotion Terms & Conditions (Winter 2026 Edition)

1. Promoter Details

The promoter is Clean Side Australia (ABN: 28 664 383 308), headquartered at Brisbane, Queensland (“the
Promoter”).

2. Promotion Overview

The “Win a Holiday” promotion (“Promotion”) offers eligible participants a chance to win a fully paid 5-night
holiday for two (2) people to Bali, including return airfare, 4-star or higher accommodation, and AUD $1,000
spending cash. The total approximate retail value (ARV) is AUD $5,000.

3. Eligibility

• Entrants must be residents of Queensland or other Australian states where participation is permitted by law,
  aged 18 years or older.
• Entrants must make a qualifying booking for a weekly or fortnightly cleaning service through the official
  Clean Side Australia website (https://www.cleansideaustralia.com.au).
• Entrants must subscribe for a minimum of 12 months of continuous cleaning services commencing on or
  before 31 March 2026.
• Entrants must set up a valid direct debit payment arrangement for their ongoing service.
• All payments must remain current and valid at the time of the prize draw.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry Period

Entries open on Monday, 3 November 2025, and close on Friday, 12 June 2026, at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries
are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter’s server. Any entries received after the closing
date will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

To receive one (1) valid entry:

1. Book a weekly or fortnightly cleaning service via the Clean Side Australia website.
2. Subscribe for a minimum of 12 months of service.
3. Set up and maintain direct debit payments throughout the subscription period.

Only one entry per household is permitted. Entries are automatically generated upon qualifying purchase; no separate registration is required.

6. Prize Details

• Prize: A 5-night Bali holiday for two (2) people, including return flights, 4-star or higher accommodation, and
  AUD $1,000 spending cash.
• Travel Period: Winter 2026 (between 20 June – 13 July 2026), subject to flight and accommodation
  availability and blackout periods.
• Prize value is correct at the time of publication but subject to change due to currency fluctuations.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Prize Draw and Notification

• The draw will take place at 12:00 PM AEST on Friday, 20 June 2026, at the Clean Side Australia Head Office, Brisbane, QLD.
• The winner will be selected at random using a certified computerised draw system.
• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within three (3) business days of the draw.
• The winner’s first name and suburb may be announced on Clean Side Australia’s website and social media.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, a redraw will occur on Friday, 4 July 2026.

8. Prize Conditions

• The winner must hold a valid passport and meet all Indonesian travel requirements (including visa, vaccination, and other entry conditions).
• The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs including travel insurance, meals, personal spending, or transport to and from departure airports.
• Travel arrangements will be managed by the Promoter’s nominated travel agent.
• Travel is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply.
• Should unforeseen circumstances prevent travel during the Winter 2026 period, the Promoter reserves the
  right to reschedule the trip within six (6) months, ensuring comparable value and experience.

9. Disqualification

Entries may be deemed invalid or disqualified at the Promoter’s sole discretion if:

• Payment defaults, cancellations, or failed direct debits occur before the draw.
• The entrant cancels their service before the required 12-month term.
• False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.
• The entrant breaches any of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Privacy

All personal information collected by the Promoter will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988
(Cth) and the Clean Side Australia Privacy Policy (https://www.cleansideaustralia.com.au/privacy). Entrants
consent to their personal information being used for the purposes of administering this promotion and future
marketing communications, unless they opt out.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory rights under the Australian
Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage,
or claim (including travel delays or cancellations) arising from participation in this Promotion or use of the
prize. By entering, participants release and indemnify the Promoter and its affiliates from all such claims.

12. General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant that tampers with the entry
process or breaches these Terms. The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time
without notice due to circumstances beyond its control. Any dispute arising from this Promotion shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

13. Authorisation

This Promotion is conducted as a trade promotion lottery in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit
Gaming Act 1999 (QLD). Permit requirements differ by state or territory; entrants outside Queensland should
ensure compliance with their local laws.
