Access & safety: Client to provide safe access; we may refuse unsafe conditions (biohazards, aggression, illegal items).
What’s included: As per the booking notes/checklist. Specialty tasks (e.g., exterior glass, high reach, deep oven, carpet steam) are add-ons.
Arrival window: ±30 minutes to allow for traffic/parking.
Minimum booking: 2 hours; time spent beyond the booking is billed at the agreed rate.
Cancellations: Free if >24 hours’ notice. 50% fee if within 24 hours. 100% fee if we arrive and cannot gain access.
Satisfaction guarantee: Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to address any reasonable misses.
Breakages/incident reporting: Report within 24 hours with photos; we’re fully insured and will assess promptly.
Keys & codes: Stored securely and logged; clients can supply a lockbox code if preferred.
Payment terms: Card (Stripe) at booking or invoice (commercial/NDIS). Invoices 7 days unless agreed otherwise. Late fees may apply.
NDIS: We service self- and plan-managed participants; provider-managed by arrangement.
Parking & tolls: If unusual parking/toll costs are unavoidable, these may be passed through at cost.
Rubbish removal: As per pricing above; disposal/tipping fees shown on invoice where applicable.
